Japan will host an international conference of Syria Friends

7914097photo_1352096119251-1-0Hosted by the Japanese Government in the Nov. 30 international conference on Syria in Tokyo aims to put more effort and increase international cooperation to stop the violence in Syria.
The Foreign Ministry said in a statement today that the meeting is the fifth since the formation of the (Group of Friends of Syria) and will discuss the effectiveness of the international sanctions imposed on the Syrian regime and tighten the pressure on the government through the expansion of international efforts to intensify the sanctions.
The ministry expressed hope that responds to the regime of President Bashar al-Assad immediately to the call of the international community including the cessation of violence against his own people.
The Netherlands organized a meeting (a group friends Syria) Previous through last September with the participation of diplomats from 60 countries as well as experts in finance and representatives of the Syrian opposition.
