U.S.- led coalition warplanes strike IS- held areas in Kobani

 

The sporadic clashes between IS and YPG fighters re- erupted in the north of Kobani and the vicinity of the Security Box.

 

Reliable sources reported to SOHR that the U.S.- led coalition warplanes carried out 6 strikes on IS- held areas in the city of Kobani, coincided with landing of shells launched by IS militants on areas in the city. On the other hand, reliable resources reported to SOHR that the information that talks about entering of elements from the Kurdish Peshmerga Forces to the city is not correct.
