IS militants beheaded 3 regime’s soldiers in al- Raqqa

Al- Raqqa Province: Reliable resources reported to SOHR that IS militants beheaded and crucified 3 men at al- Sa’ah Roundabout in the city of al- Raqqa. they said that they are soldiers in the regime army, other sources informed SOHR that two of those who were beheaded were officers while the other one was NCO; they were arrested by IS in the Division17 and the Brigade 93.
