Shells land on different areas in the capital, while clashes break out in Rif Dimashq
Damascus Province: 3 mortar shells struck areas in the neighborhood of Masaken Barzeh with no information about casualties. Other shells landed on al- Abbaseyyin area, the Building14 in al- Sheikh Sa’ed in al- Mazzeh, al- Jamarek area in al- Umaweyyin Square in the center of the capital and the old exhibition area in al- Baramkeh, al- Qassaa and al- Fahameh causing material damages in people properties while 16 people were injured. A mortar shell landed on the neighborhood of al- Smaneh in Baghdad Street near Awad Gas Station. 2 other mortar shells landed on the neighborhood of al- Malki and on al- Adawi highway. The regime forces bombarded areas in al- Yarmuk Camp.
The regime forces carried out raids against people houses in the neighborhood of Reken al- Din with no information about arrest.
The violent clashes between between the regime forces supported by NDF and Hezbollah militias against the Nusra Front, rebel and Islamic battalions are still taking place in the neighborhood of Jobar leading to destroy a regime armored vehicle with information about casualties on its crew.
Rif Dimashq Province: The warplanes carried out 2 raids on the city of al- Zabadani followed by dropping barrel bombs on areas in the city. Thus, the number of barrels dropped on the city of al- Zabadani has risen to 11 since the morning.
3 fighters from the Islamic battalions died while 7 other fighters were injured due to targeting an area near the Syrian- Lebanese border.
Violent clashes are taking place between the regime forces supported by NDF and Hezbollah militias against the Nusra Front, rebel and Islamic battalions in the vicinity of Zebdin town in the Eastern Ghota, information reported casualties on both sides, accompanied with launching to ground- to- ground missiles on the outskirts of the town. Other violent clashes took place between the same parties in the Western Jrud al- Qalamoun (the western rocky mountain of al- Qalamoun), while the helicopters dropped barrel bombs on the western mountain of al- Zabadani City.
