Clashes in Shaer and air strikes on al-Raqqa city

Homs province: Regime forces opened heavy machine gun fire on al-Waer neighborhood. Areas in Mazin al-Baqar, al-Dweba, and Salam Sharqi east of Homs were exposed to bombardment by regime forces. 2 soldiers in regime forces killed by clashes against the IS in Shaer area. 

al-Raqqa province: U.S led coalition warplanes targeted the IS in al-Raqqa city and its surroundings, no reports of losses.
