IS militants whip 4 people in the city of al- Bokamal

Reliable sources reported to SOHR that IS whipped 4 people in al- Makhfar Square in the city of al- Bokamal on charge of “drug abuse”. 5 days ago, IS also whipped a man for the same charge.
