The Nusra Front threatens to pursuit “leaders of Hazm”

SOHR received a statement issued by the Nusra Front that “Praise be to Allah who bestows on us to purify the Regiment 46 where Hazm criminals were fortified in. Those criminals kidnapped and killed the mujahedeen. By the grace of Allah, we arrested a group of criminals and they will be punished according to Sharia.”

“Thus, the military operation of the Regiment 46 had finished but we are going to pursuit the leaders of this criminal gang until they get penalty for their oppression. Not only belonging to Hazm is considered punishable crime but we are going to punish only those who proven to be criminal and commit crimes against Muslims and mujahedeen. Concerning Hazm fighters who the Sharia court proves their innocence we have nothing to do with them on condition to sign a pledge to continue their Jihad and no to fight with the mischief makers again,” the statement added.

“We still ask Hazm Movement to hand over the bodies of “al- Sheikh Abo Isa al Tabaqa” and the two brothers “Abo al- Jarrah” and “Abo Malek” to any party they want, otherwise we do not exclude that the bodies were handed over to foreign agencies. We also ask them to unveil the destiny of all the detainees of the Nusra Front and other mujahedeen as well as the destiny of our brother “Abo Anas al- Jazrawi,” the statement continued.

“We warn our fighters to generalize and judge fighters fast, as well as we call on them to  abide by the instructions the General Sharia Committee concerning such great cases. On the other hand, we assure our people in the free and honorable town of al- Atareb and say to them that you are our people and we are your sons, and because of your support to our sons we can repel the aggression of the Nusayri Army and its allied Shabbiha gangs. We also say to the factions that here in Aleppo to fight the Nusayriyya (Alawites) and their aggression against our people and we are going to fight with you against them and their allies”, the statement ended.
