IS executes 10 in Menbej city

The number of people who were executed by the IS in Menbej city rose to 10, including 4 from Abo Rommana village were executed in the charge of killing a militant in IS, and 6 others ( most of them were Kurdish civilians ) were executed in the charge of dealing with regime forces and Kurdish parties.
