IS militants advance against toward Palmyra- Damascus Highway

Homs Province: Clashes erupted between the regime forces and allied militiamen against IS on Palmyra- Damascus Highway, information reported that IS militants could take a regime checkpoint in the area, and initial information about casualties on both sides.

The regime forces re opened fire on the neighborhood of al- wa’er in the city of Homs.
