A boy, punished by IS for “not praying”, killed when he was digging a trench

Deir Ezzor Province:

The warplanes carried out 2 raids on Mhimida area and al- Hawayej crossing in the countryside of Deir Ezzor.

 

IS launched several shells on the regime- held areas in the neighborhood of al- Jora in the city of Deir Ezzor.

 

Cross- cutting resources reported to SOHR that IS informed relatives of a man from the town of al- Ashara in east of Deir Ezzor that IS organization executed him with no information about his charge. SOHR also knew that a 15 years-old boy from the village of Mehkan killed by a sniper shot around the airbase of Deir Ezzor when he was digging a “trench” around the airbase as “a punishment of not praying”.
