Aerial and barrels bombardment kill 15 civilians in Idlib and Reef Dimashq

Reef Dimashq province: A man from Khan al-Shekh was tortured to death in regime prisons. Clashes continue in the eastern Qalamoun between IS and rebels. Regime forces bombarded areas near Duma. Shells fell near the Wafdin camp, what wounded 5 civilians, reports of more injuries in addition to material damages. Rose to 11 including a woman and 3 children, the number of civilians who were killed by a massacre by regime warplanes in Duma city.
