Dozens of explosive barrel hit Aleppo and Dar’a cities.

Dar’a province: 14 Explosive barrels were dropped on Tariq al-Sad and Dar’a al-Balad. Explosive barrels were dropped on al-yadouda, al-Naema and Othman. A man from Mahja was tortured to death in regime prisons. 

Aleppo province: Explosive barrels were dropped on old Aleppo al-Ferdous, Bustan al-Qaser ,Bab al-hadid, and Soran city which is taken over by IS, no reports of losses. shells fired by rebels fella on Saif al-Dawla, and around al-Baladi palace which is under control by the regime.
