IS whips 3 people in its- held areas in Aleppo and in al- Raqqa

Aleppo Province: IS whipped a man in the city of Manbej in northeast of Aleppo for “drinking alcohol”.

 

Clashes took place between the regime forces and allied militiamen against IS militants around the airbase of Kwayres, amid shelling by the regime forces on the clashes’ areas and accompanied by airstrikes on the same areas, information reported casualties on both sides.

 

IS targeted by mortar shells YPG positions in the countryside of Ayn al- Arab (Kobani).

 

Al- Raqqa Province: IS whipped 2 men in front in the public, including children, in the city of al- Raqqa; one for “stealing a motorbike” while the other for “manipulating the scales in order to give less quantity”
