Regime forces torture 3 men to death

Dar’a province: Explosive barrels were dropped on Dar’a camp, Dar’a al-Balad, Busr al-Harir, Shekh Meskin, al-Sora and eastern al-Karak. A man from al-Herak was tortured to death in regime prisons after detaining him for 2 years. 

Homs province: 2 men from al-Waer neighborhood were tortured to death in regime prisons, clashes taking place between regime forces and rebels around Talbisa city, no reports of losses.
