78 IS militants killed in the coalition’s airstrikes and clashes with YPG

The number of IS militants who have been killed since Sunday night until now due to the intensive coalition’s airstrikes and the violent clashes that expands from the outskirts of Serrin town south of Ayna l- Arab (Kobani) passing through Ayn Isa and reaching to the western outskirts of Jabal Abdul Aziz in the southwest of Aleppo has risen to 78, where IS launched a violent attack that enabled him to take control over the city of Ayn Isa and several villages in al- Hasakah and al- Raqqa. After that, YPG, backed by US- led coalition airstrikes, could retake 10 villages located in the countryside of al- Raqqa and the town of al- Sharakrak, while they have just entered the city of Ayn Isa from the western side and they are clashing with IS now. YPG has 32 bodies of IS while dozens of bodies and injuries have reached to the city of al- Raqqa. SOHR could not count the casualties on YPG ranks during the sudden attack carried out by IS on their positions and the 2 explosion carried out when 2 members of “the caliphate cubs” blew themselves up near YPG checkpoints in Ayn Isa area and the southwestern outskirts of al- Hasakah countryside.
