on charge of smoking “al-Hisba” forcing them to clean headquarters in a village in the countryside of Al-Hasakah

Al-Hasakah Province:

The SOHR was informed that members of al-Hisba in the “Islamic State” arrested 3 citizens from the village of al-Serb south of Abdul-Aziz Mountain in the southwestern countryside of Al-Hasakah on charge of “smoking” where al-Hisba punished them by forcing them to clean the headquarters in Makhroum village in the countryside of Al-Hasakah, while local sources reported to the activists of SOHR that al-Hisba informed the citizens in the villages south of Abdul-Aziz Mountain that they should “commit to dress according to Sharia”.
