Shells target the city of Deir Ezzor wounding people

Deir Ezzor Province:
the members of IS shelled areas in al-Qosur neighborhood controlled by the regime forces in Deir Ezzor city and besieged by IS which caused injuries, also a man from Deir Ezzor city died under torture in the regime forces prisons.
