A man and his child was shot in the southern section of Ghwyran neighborhood southeast of Al-Hasakah city due to the current clashes in the southern suburbs of the city between the “Islamic State” against the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them which were able to advance further again, tightening noose on IS members, coincided with other clashes and advances by YPG and al-Sanadid army against IS members on the southern outskirts of the city, also SOHR documented the death of 4 YPG fighters killed in the past 48 hours in clashes against the “Islamic State” on the southern outskirts of the city.
