The “Islamic State” execute the first “throw off from high place” in Homs
SOHR was informed that the “Islamic State” executed the first “throw off from high place” in its controlled area in the eastern countryside of Homs, where the organization took both young men blindfolded to the roof of one of the buildings in Palmyra city which IS took control over it in the 20th of May 2015 and drop both men off the roof on charge off “practicing indecent act with a male and sodomy” the two young men were dropped on the ground then some of IS members “stoned” them to death amid tens of citizens and children watching the execution, it’s worth mentioning that this kind of execution on charge of “sodomy” was executed in several areas controlled by IS in Syria.
