The Islamist factions continue their advancement in the countryside of Jeser al- Shogour, while violent clashes still break out in Sahl al- Ghab

The violent clashes between the regime forces and allied militiamen against Jabhat al- Nusra, Jund al- Aqsa, Ahrar al- Sham, Junud al- Sham al- Shishan, Ajnad al- Sham, the Turkestan Islamic Party,  Sogour al- Jabal, Soqour al- Ghab and other rebel and Islamist factions have still occurred since after midnight due to an attack launched by the last party on several checkpoint and positions in the regime-held areas in the countryside of the city of Jeser al- Shagour  in the west of Idlib and in Sahl al- Ghab in the northwest of Hama, where violent clashes took places around the two villages of al- Kfeir and al- Qarqour, on the outskirts of the countryside of Idlib at the administrative boundaries with Homs and other areas in the countryside of Jeser al- Shogour as well as around the towns and villages of al- Zyarah, al- Zyadiyyah, Tal Waset and other places in Sahl al- Ghab. The clashes led to damage a regime forces tank at al- Qarqou checkpoint and taking control over al- Zyadiyyah area in Sahl al- Ghab by the Islamist factions which launched several rockets on regime positions in Jourin military camp in Sahl al- Ghab, information reported casualties on the regime forces ranks. Meanwhile, the regime air force carried out intensive airstrikes on places in Sahl al- Ghab and the countryside of Jeser al- Shagour.

 

4 fighters of the Islamist factions died due to targeting a dump by the regime forces in al- Manshara checkpoint in Jeser al- Shogour.
