IS releases a former Jihadist fought against the U.S forces in Iraq

Der-Ezzor province: SOHR was informed that the IS released the former member of the Sharia committee in the eastern area ” Mandil Sahel ” after detaining him for 9 months by a pardon from al-Baghdadi. Mandil is from Jadid Akidat village in Der-Ezzor countryside and he fought against the U.S forces in Iraq. Explosive barrels were dropped on Hatla area. 1 militant in IS was killed by clashes against the regime in Der-Ezzor city.
