“Islamic State” almost entirely besieges the city of Marea in the north of Aleppo

Aleppo Province:

IS could seized the strategic village of Tlalin located in the north of the city of Marea in the north of Aleppo after violent clashes since yesterday night, accompanied by mutual shelling. Thus, IS has almost entirely besieged the city of Marea through taking control over Tlalin and the village of Om Hosh, where seizing the village of Tlalin makes IS to monitor the road between the town of Tal Ref’at and city of Marea because of its high position.

The number of fighters of the rebel and Islamist factions who were killed clashes, shelling, suicide bombs in the city of Marea and the two villages of Om Hosh and Tlalin has risen to 76, while 45 IS members killed in the same clashes, including 6 militants who blew themselves up, one of them by using a booby-trapped vehicle in the village of Om Hosh while the others by using explosive belts in the same village and the city of Marea.
