The “Islamic State” behead a citizen on charge of “insulting god”

Al-Raqqah Province:

The “Islamic State” executed a citizen in al-Qahtaniyyeh area at the west of Al-Raqqah city by decapitating him using sword after sitting him down on a chair, he was executed on charge of “insulting god” also the activists of SOHR were informed by reliable sources that the “Islamic State” sent a convoy of its fighters from Al-Raqqah city to its controlled areas in Homs province and the activists of the Observatory documented the sending of seven cars carrying fighters and Hisba members and Sharia judges, but couldn’t know the reasons of sending them to Homs which several places in its eastern countryside are witnessing clashes between the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them against the “Islamic State”.
