About 47 rebels and IS militants killed in Marea clashes in the north of Aleppo

Aleppo Province:

The number of rebels and IS militants who were killed yesterday in clashes around the city of Marea in the north of Aleppo has risen to 47; 20 fighters of the rebel and Islamist factions and 27 IS militants, one of them blew himself up, information reported more casualties on both sides. On the other hand, the Islamist factions could capture 2 IS militants and retake the farms of the village of al- Kafra in the northern countryside of Aleppo after violent clashes with IS in the area.

 

2 suspected ground-to-ground missiles launched by the regime forces landed on the neighborhood of Salah al- Din after midnight.

 

The warplanes carried out 2 raids on the IS-held town of Deir Hafer after midnight, no information about casualties.

 

Clashes took place after midnight between Jabhat al- Nusra and the rebel and Islamic battalions against the regime forces supported by NDF, al Quds al Filastini Brigade, Hezbollah and Shia fighters from Iran and Afghanistan around the village Bashkoy.
