Human losses in explosion at Homs city and shelling on its countryside

Homs Province:

A person was killed in an explosion by IED placed in his car at al-Zahra neighborhood, which is inhabited by citizens mostly from the Alawite sect in the city of Homs, also the regime forces opened fire of snipers and heavy machineguns on areas in al-Wa’er neighborhood, no information about casualties, also a person died when a shell landed near Kisin area in the northern countryside of the Homs.
