IS arrests 3 girls in al-Raqqa

al-Raqqa province: SOHR was informed that the IS arrested 3 girls in al-Abi market in Tal Abiad street in Raqqa city for the loud laughing in public. IS raided houses in al-Mahatta area north of the city and arrested a number of civilians after capturing a vehicle carrying weapons, activists said it came from the YPG side. SOHR activists reported that the IS searched a number of internet cafes in al-Raqqa city.
