IS executes a rebel in al-Miadin city, Casualties in explosions near Lattakia

Der-Ezzor province: reliable sources reported to SOHR that the IS informed the family of a rebel fighter from al-Miadin city that he was executed for dealing with al-Sahwat in Turkey, the rebel fighter gave up the fight against IS earlier. 

Lattakia province: 2  massive explosions have been heard in Jabla, confirmed reports of killing 1 person and wounding others.
