Air raids carried out on the city of Deir Ezzor, and IS detains a man inside an iron cage

Deir Ezzor Province:

The regime forces carried out 2 raids on the neighborhood of al- Hwayqa in the city of Deir Ezzor, accompanied by shelling by the regime forces on the two neighborhoods of al- Hwayqa and al- Rashidiyya in the city.

 

The violent clashes between the regime forces and IS are still taking place around the airbase of Deir Ezzor leading to kill a captain in the regime forces, certain information reported that IS could seize new areas in the village of al- Jafara.

 

Reliable sources informed SOHR that IS detained a man inside an iron cage in al- Jaradeq square in the city of al- Mayadin, where they hang a sign on his neck written on it “whipped 100 lashes for assaulting IS soldiers”, no details about the kind of assault carried out by the man against IS militants.
