Clashes continue in Jobar neighborhood and in the northern countryside of Homs

Damascus Province:
Clashes continued between the regime forces supported by NDF and Hezbollah against the Islamic Factions and Al-Nusra Front (al-Qaeda in the Levant) in Jobar neighborhood on the outskirts of the capital, and information reported that the faction fighters shot a reconnaissance drone and destroyed a vehicle for the regime forces in the area, and confirmed information about casualties in the ranks of both parties.

 

Homs Province:
Clashes continued in the northern countryside of Homs between the rebel and Islamic factions against the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them from Syrian and Arab nationalities, amid continued mutual shelling between them, which resulted in the death of fighters from the rebel and Islamic factions and members of the regime forces and NDF loyal to them, while the regime forces bombed areas in al-Wa’er neighborhood in conjunction with opening fire of heavy machineguns on areas in the neighborhood, also the warplanes carried out 2 raids on areas of the University building and al-Siyasiyyeh in the city of Palmyra.
