After the displacement of dozens of al- muhajereen families, “Islamic State” informs the people to displace towards the Iraqi city of al- Mosel, and prepares to open internet cafes monitored by its militants

SOHR had been informed that most of internet cafes owners are getting ready to close their internet cafes after a circular issued by IS obliged the owners to close the whole internet cafes in the city of al- Raqqa. Meanwhile, reliable sources informed SOHR that IS is in the process to open big internet cafes under surveillance of IS militants.

On the other hand, the city of al- Raqqa has witnessed the absence of IS militants specially during targeting the city, where IS distributed their militants on the villages and houses seized by IS earlier in the city of al- Raqqa, as well as a state of stress suffered by al- Hesbah members who monitor and inspect people. SOHR also knew that “al- Hesbah” informed the citizens yesterday that they have to adhere to “the Islamic way of wearing clothes”, to wear “jeans trousers”. Al- Hesbah members also informned the citizens who want to move from the city of al- Raqqa to other areas that they have to go to the Iraqi city of al- Mosel.

SOHR published yesterday that dozens of families of IS leaders and members, most of them non-Syrians, have started to displace from the city of al- Raqqa to the Iraqi city of al- Mosel claiming that al- Raqqa is not safe anymore.
