Airstrikes carried out on Palmyra, while explosion takes place in Sadad area and IS advance toward it

Homs Province:

Sound of explosion heard in the town of Sadad, most of its inhabitants are Christians, believed to be caused by detonating a booby-trapped vehicle by IS, while, the clashes between the regime forces and allied militiamen against IS militants are still taking place on the eastern outskirts of the town located near the city of al- Qaryatain southeast of Homs, where IS could advance and seize some points.

 

The regime warplanes carried out several raids on the city of Palmyra, no information about casualties.
