Airstrikes on Palmyra city and warplanes shell Kafr Zita
Homs Province:
The warplanes carried out several raids on areas in the city of Palmyra, which is controlled by the “Islamic state” since the 20thof May 2015, no information about casualties, also SOHR documented the death of 2 members from the regime forces during clashes against the “Islamic state” in the vicinity of Jazl oilfield in the eastern countryside of Homs.
Hama Province:
Warplanes believed to be Russian carried out raids on areas in the town of Kafr Zita in the northern countryside of Hama, no information about casualties so far, while the helicopters dropped barrel bombs on places in Osman hill area which is controlled by the rebel and Islamic factions yesterday, after a violent attack on the regime forces’ positions.
