Continuous clashes in Jobar and in the Eastern Ghouta and arrestings continue in Damascus

Damascus Province:
Violent clashes continue in Jobar neighborhood on the outskirts of the capital between the regime forces, Hezbollah and NDF against the Islamic factions and Al-Nusra Front (al-Qaeda in the Levant), and information about more casualties among both parties, while the death of the Amir of Al-Nusra Front was confirmed in al-Yarmouk camp, after unknown people targeted him by an IED yesterday afternoon.
The regime forces continue to arrest dozens of people, and the sources said that the regime forces inspect and audit at the checkpoints for papers and identity cards of citizens, and then lead those arrested to be recruited in the ranks of the regime forces and the regime’s reserve army.

 

Rif Dimashq Province:
Clashes re-erupted on the international highway of Damascus–Homs between the Islamic factions against the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, while regime’s helicopters dropped more barrel bombs on areas in the city of Darayya in the Western Ghouta, preceded by intensive shelling by the regime forces on places in the city, no information about casualties.
