IS executes a media activist in Der-Ezzor

Der-Ezzor province: SOHR was informed that the IS executed a media activist by cutting him into 2 halves by 2 cars moving into opposite directions, in the charge of dealing with the U.S led coalition, in the city of Der-Ezzor.
