Lattakia Province:

The rebel and Islamist factions, backed by Jabhat al- Nusra fighters and the Islamic Turkestan Party, launched a counter attack on gatherings for Hezbollah and the regime forces, backed by NDF, al- Baath battalions and allied militiamen of Syrian and non-Syrian nationalities, in al- Sheikh Sayyed top, around Jabal al- Nawbah and other areas in the northern countryside of Lattakia, where violent clashes have erupted between the two sides in an attempt by the factions to retake the areas that they lost earlier, information about advancement achieved by the factions who retake some points in Jabal al- Nawbah, information reported casualties on both sides.
