Warplanes kill 14 women and men in the city of Jeser al- Shogour

The number of civilians who were killed in the massacre committed by suspected Russian warplanes in the city of Jeser al- Shogour west of Idlib has risen to 14 at least; 7 children and 7 women, one of them was pregnant.
