80  executions during the 22nd month “the Islamic State’s Caliphate” in Syria rise the number of executions carried out by the “Islamic State” to 4144

 

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights was able to document during the 22nd month of the declaration of the “Caliphate State” the execution of 80 people by the organization in its controlled areas in Syria, at the provinces of Deir Ezzor, Damascus, Aleppo, Al-Raqqah, Al-Hasakah and Homs during the period between the 29th of March 2016 until the 29th of February 2016

 

Where the Observatory documented during the 22nd month that the organization carried out 80 executions in the Syrian territories, 37 of them were against civilian Syrian citizens, including a child and a citizen woman, 24 ISIS members at least, 6 fighters from the rebel and Islamic factions and YPG, a person defected from the regime forces and at least 12 members from the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, some of them were beheaded.

 

 

 

The 80 executions were carried out according to the following charges: “sodomites, smuggling alcohol to regime forces controlled areas in Deir Ezzor, communicating with the YPG, disapproving the Islamic state, cooperating with the Awakening, forming cells belong to Jabhat Al-Nusra to fight the Islamic state, apostasy, fighting Islamic state, studying law and learning the humans laws and working according to it instead of Sharia laws, filming the headquarters of the organization and communicating with the Crusader alliance, spying for the regime forces, a member in the regime forces, corrupting in the land, stealing the money of Muslims, forming a gang impersonating members of al-Hisba, espionage, apostasy and communicate with outside parties, attempt to defect and escape outside the Islamic state’s territory, smuggling Jabhat Al-Nusra brother’s wife out of the organization’s controlled areas, cowardice”

 

 

Which raised the number of civilians, fighters and members from the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them and members of the “Islamic state” executed by the organization in its Syrian territory to 4144 people since the declaration of the “Caliphate State” by the “Islamic State” on 29th / 6 / 2014 until the dawn of 29th / 2 / 2016.

 

Reaching 2234 civilian citizens including 84 children and 126 citizen women the number of people executed by the “Islamic State” organization by firing squad, slaughter, separating the head from the body, stoning, throwing of high building, or burning in the provinces of Damascus, Rif Dimashq, Deir Ezzor, Al-Raqqah, Al-Hasakah, Aleppo, Homs and Hama, including 3 massacres carried out by the organization in the provinces of Deir Ezzor, Aleppo and Hama, where the organization executed more than 930 Arab Sunni citizens from the clan of al-Sh’aytat in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, and 223 Kurdish civilian citizen killed by the organization by opening fire on them and by white arm in the city of Ayn al-Arab (Kobani) and the village of Barkh Botan in the southern countryside of the city, and

 

Also 307 fighters of the rebel and Islamic factions, Jabhat Al-Nusra (al-Qaeda in Levant) and YPG who were executed by the organization of the “Islamic State” after capturing them in the clashes which are taking place between the organization and the mentioned factions or of who were arrested at checkpoints for the organization in its controlled areas.

 

also the “Islamic State” organization executed 450 of its own members, some of them on charges of “Ghuluww (Translator: it is an act of extremism and is against Sharia in Islam where the person ascribe a divine characteristics to Islamic figures or another person), spying for foreign countries, cooperating with the Crusader Alliance, attempting to escape, escaping during the battel and attempting to defect “, and most of them were executed after being arrested by the organization when they were trying to return to their countries.

 

The organization also executed 1140 officers and members from the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, after capturing them in the clashes or arresting them at ISIS checkpoints in ISIS controlled areas.

 

The organization executed 3 defected members from the regime forces, and 2 of them did not join any armed faction, the organization shot them in the dead on charges of “apostasy”, the “Islamic State” also executed a former policeman worked for the organization, where the “Islamic Police” arrested him in al-Mataha village in the southern countryside of Al-Hasakah on charges of “rejecting the repentance”

 

As the “Islamic State” executed 7 people including a child, on charges of “cooperating with al-Nusayri regime, associating to NDF and fighting the Islamic state”, where the sources of the Observatory confirmed that the organization executed a child and a man at least of them by beheading, while the rest were executed by firing squad.

 

Also the activists of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned from reliable sources that members from the “Islamic State” threw the body of a former member of the organization and the marks of shooting on it, and in the details; the sources informed the activists of the Observatory that the member had left the organization for nearly 5 months then he was arrested by the organization, and when his body was returned to his home in the town of Thubyan in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, they put a paper reading “he fought against the State and burned cars for the Islamic state”

 

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights re-call the UN Security Council to work in seriously, to stop the crimes and violations committed against the Syrian people by the “Islamic state” and the regime of Bashar al-Assad, and all of whom committed these crimes.
