In conjunction with the overwhelmed demonstrations in all of Aleppo, Idlib and Hama…the truce of the Russians and the Turks witnesses ongoing violations in its 17th day

Violations are continuing to the Russian – Turkish truce which was put in effect 17 days ago, in Idlib, Aleppo, Lattakia and Hama, where more explosions rocked Sahl Al-Ghab in the north-western countryside of Hama which is adjacent to Idlib province, caused by renewed targeting by the regime forces on areas in Al-Ziyarah town, which caused material damage, documenting new and ongoing breaches to the supposed truce, and the Syrian Observatory published hours ago, that the Russian – Turkish truce in the four provinces of Hama, Idlib, Aleppo, and Latakia continues to witness renewed violations on its 17th day in a row, without any work by its guarantors to stop these violations that increase day after the other confirming its fragility, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored targeting by the regime forces for areas in al-Ziyadiyyeh village and other areas in Sahl al-Ghab in the northwestern countryside of Hama, but no information about casualties, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published last night that the Russian – Turkish truce completed its 16th consecutive day with more violations in the areas of its implementation (Aleppo, Hama, Idlib and Lattakia), where the Syrian Observatory monitored rocket shelling carried out by the regime forces today evening, on places in Khalsah village in the southern countryside of Aleppo, in conjunction with targeting areas in the villages of al-Janabera and Othman in the northern countryside of Hama, by heavy machineguns and shells, and the Syrian Observatory published in the past few hours, that violations of the Russian-Turkish truce continue in the four provinces of Aleppo, Hama, Idlib, and Latakia for the 16th consecutive day by the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored missile shelling by the regime forces targeted areas in al-Ziyara town and al-Qarqour village in Sahl al-Ghab at the northwestern countryside of Hama, in conjunction with bringing more military reinforcements to the area by factions of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, the Islamic Turkestani Party, and other factions, also the regime forces shelled areas in Jabal al-Turkman in the northeastern countryside of Latakia and the roads leading to the area, coincided with targeting places in Bidama area in the western sector of Jisr al-Shughur in the western countryside of Idlib, but no information about casualties.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday, that it monitored the continued movements on the contact lines between the regime forces and the factions in the west and north of Syria, where the SOHR monitored the regime forces continuing their fortifications of the fronts extended from the northern mountains of Lattakia to the south-western countryside of Aleppo, passing through the south-eastern countryside of Idlib and Sahl Al-Ghab in the north-west of Hama, where the fortifications and the deployment of the observation posts and the guards and increasing their number, are underway, as well as the continuation of distributing the members of the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them and the fighters of the “reconciliation” factions, who arrived to participate in the planned grand battle, the SOHR also monitored fortifications by the factions operating in the area, as well as Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham and the Islamic Party of Turkestan, in an anticipation for a sudden attack through which the start of the grand military battle will be announced about, and the Syrian Observatory also published 4 days ago, that it monitored the regime forces bringing military reinforcements to heights under their control in Latakia mountains and starting fortifying more sites and points after midnight of yesterday, in conjunction with fortification and deploying in sites in their controlled areas in the countryside of Idlib, after brining large enforcement to the area in preparation for the grand battle of Idlib, also the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the regime forces are carrying out negotiations with the leaders of the faction operating in Daraa province, to reach a consensus between them in order to join the “reconciliation” faction fighters in Daraa to the regime forces who are getting ready for the battle of Idlib, so that factions of the opposition areas in Daraa Province become in a direct confrontation with the “reconciliation” factions with the regime, after the “reconciliation” factions in Daraa had joined earlier the side of the regime forces; in the clashes against Jaysh Khalid Ibn al-Walid which swore allegiance to the “Islamic State” organization.
