Raids of the Russian warplanes target at least 20 areas west Idlib, Sahl al-Ghab, and Lattakia mountains killing and injuring about 30 people

These heavy airstrikes have caused casualties, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitoring the death of 4 people including a man and his wife, and injured about 8 others including 2 women with varying severity, in the shelling on Kafridin and the shelling on the vicinity of al-Janudiyyeh and al-Badriyah, and the death toll is expected to rise because there are some people in critical situation, also the shelling injured more than 17 people with varying severity including fighters of Turkestan, Bosniak and other non-Syrian nationalities, while this violation of the Russian – Turkish truce coincided with shelling by the regime forces on the 21st of the truce, with shelling by the regime forces targeted areas in the towns of Sukayk and Abu Dali in the southern countryside of Idlib, which caused material damage but no information about casualties.
