The regime forces re-breach the Russian – Turkish truce and shells al-Lataminah town north of Hama

Places in al-Lataminah town and its outskirts in the northern countryside of Hama were under rocket shelling by the regime forces Wednesday afternoon, but no information about casualties, thus, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented a new breach in the Russian – Turkish truce, which takes place in the four provinces of Hama, Idlib, Aleppo, and Latakia without a movement by its guarantors, but other than that the cautious calm continues throughout the truce areas, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published this morning that Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the escalation of violations after midnight of yesterday within the Russian – Turkish truce in Aleppo, Hama, Idlib, and Latakia, where areas in the countryside of Aleppo witnessed shelling, clashes, and targeting after midnight of yesterday, and the Syrian Observatory monitored clashes in the areas of Mansoura and al-Rashedin west of Aleppo city, and Byanun, Tal Msibin and al-Mallah north of Aleppo, between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against the rebel and Islamic factions, accompanied by exchange of targeting between both parties, the regime forces also shelled after last night places in Hayyan town in the northern countryside of Aleppo, and other places in the northwestern countryside of Aleppo, which injured people in Hayyan, while the factions targeted the regime’s control sites in Bashemrah area in the northwestern countryside of Aleppo, and so far no information about casualties. and in the countryside of Hama; the regime forces renewed the rocket shelling after midnight of yesterday targeting al-Lataminah town in the northern countryside.

The Syrian Observatory published during the past hours that the Russian – Turkish truce, supposed to be applied in Hama, Lattakia, Aleppo and Idlib, is witnessing continued breaches in many of its areas, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored rocket shelling carried out by the factions today evening, Tuesday, targeting positions of the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them in the areas of Kinsabba and Al-Tubal on the coastline, without information about casualties so far, also the regime forces targeted the controlled areas of the factions in the area, except that, cautious calm is prevailing all the remaining areas of this fragile truce, and the Syrian Observatory published hours ago, that areas of the Russian – Turkish truce in the provinces of Idlib, Hama, Aleppo, and Latakia are still witnessing violations, despite the promises of the guarantors to continue the truce and control the violations, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has monitored a new violation, where several shells fell on areas in the villages of al-Tinah, Om al-Khalakhil and al-Ferja in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, coincided with artillery shelling by the regime forces targeted areas in Sahl al-Ghab in the northwestern countryside of Hama, which caused material damage, and these violation came after the regime forces shelled after midnight of yesterday places in Jazraya village in the southern countryside of Aleppo, and areas Jabal al-Turkman in the northeastern countryside of Latakia, as well as shelling places in al-Lataminah town in the northern countryside of Hama, but no information about casualties, and the Syrian Observatory published last night that the regime forces returned to breach the Russian – Turkish truce, which was simultaneously put on effect in 4 Syrian provinces, since the 15th of August 2018, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights; the regime forces targeted areas in the northern countryside of Lattakia by several shells, which caused further material damage, the SOHR also monitored artillery shelling by the regime forces on areas in Al-Khwaiyn village in the south-eastern countryside of Idlib, and Al-Lataminah town and its vicinity in the northern sector of Hama countryside, without information about human losses, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours ago, that it monitored the regime forces continuing their violations to the Russian – Turkish truce, today Monday the 17th of September 2018, where the Syrian Observatory monitored shelling by the regime forces on areas in Al-Lataminah town and the lands around it, in the northern sector of Hama countryside, preceded by shelling on areas in the villages of Al-Khwaiyn and al-Tineh, while the factions operating within the National Liberation Front, targeted the regime forces’ controlled areas in Sham Al-Hawa village in the south-eastern countryside of Idlib, which caused further material damage, but no information about casualties was reported, and the SOHR published hours ago, that it rose to 57, the number of people killed since the 15th of August until today the 16th of September 2018, they are: 3 citizens including 2 children were killed in barrel bombs bombardment by regime’s helicopters, 15 citizens including 5 children and 2 women were killed in shelling by the regime forces’ artillery and missile shells on areas of the Turkish – Russian truce in Idlib, Hama, and Aleppo, and 17 citizens including 7 children and 4 citizens were killed in bombardment by Russian warplanes, also the casualties were killed in the provinces of Idlib, Hama, and Aleppo, the overwhelming majority of them were in Idlib and Hama, and 9 fighters of the rebel and Islamic factions were killed in aerial bombardment and shelling by the regime forces on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, also 13 citizens including 6 children and 5 citizens were killed in the fall of shells launched by Ansar al-Tawhid faction on the regime forces-controlled city of Muhradah in the northwestern countryside of Hama and the fall of a shell on Aleppo city, and tens of others were injured with varying severity.

Also the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored in the recent weeks the increase in pace of regime’s preparations to start the grand battle of Idlib, and the Syrian Observatory learned from intersected sources that the regime forces have mobilized the majority of their forces who fought previously against the factions and the “Islamic State” organization, and moved them to the contact lines and clash fronts in the countryside of Idlib, Hama, Latakia, and Aleppo, in order to have the upper hand in the battle, for which they have mobilized more than 2000 armored vehicle so far, and called for tens of thousands of members of their forces and the gunmen loyal to them, in addition to summoning their officers and operation commanders, headed by the Brigadier General Suhail al-Hassan, known as the “al-Nemr” (the tiger), while the regime forces are following the tactic of scattered shelling, through moving the shelled area between the day and the other, and concentrating the shelling each time on an area without the other, to disperse fighters of the rebel and Islamic factions, Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, the Islamic Turkestani Party, and the factions operating in factions’ controlled areas north, east, and west of the contact line between the regime forces and the factions, extending from the northern mountains of Latakia to the southern countryside of Aleppo passing through Sahl al-Ghab and the eastern and southeastern countryside of Idlib, while the areas of control of the rebel and Islamic factions, the National Liberation Front, the Turkestani  Islamic party, Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, Hurras al-Dien Organization also witnessed preparations to confront these large crowds if the battle was launched, where they dug tunnels and trenches, strengthened their positions and points, and increased the number of their fighters on the fronts.
