After long battles that lasted for years…preparations are underway to demobilize about 8000 volunteers of Al-Nimr’s forces which are led by Suhail Al-Hassan and armed and backed by Russia

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that preparations are underway in the ranks of the Russian-backed gunmen loyal to the regime, to demobilize thousands of these members, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights; preparations are underway to demobilize about 8000 members of the forces of Al-Nimr (the Tiger), which are backed and armed by Russia, under the supervision of the Brigadier in the regime forces, Suhail Al-Hassan, who is the most prominent military commander in the regime forces, and who acquired full Russian support in its military operations which he carried out in the past months and years, which resulted in recovering tens of thousands of square kilometers of the provinces of Damascus and its countryside, Aleppo, Homs, Hama, Darra, Al-Quneitra, Deir Ezzor and Al-Raqqah, raising the regime forces’ scope of control to more than 61% of Syria’s geographical area, and Al-Nimr’s forces participated in violent clashes against the rebel and Islamic factions, Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham and the “Islamic State” organization in several Syrian areas.

The Brigadier Suhail Al-Hassan is the owner of the theory of destroying Aleppo city and its countryside by barrel bombs, and the commander of the regime forces who managed to take the control of large spaces from Aleppo province and other Syrian provinces, and he is known between his supporters as Al-Nimr (the Tiger), and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 1st of January 2017, that it received the information reporting that Sohail Hassan, nicknamed “Tiger” he was appointed as head of the branch of air force intelligence in the northern region, after he led the military operations in Aleppo which was taken over by the regime forces in the 21st of December 2016 not including Shekh Maqsoud and Kurdish controlled areas leading to the migration of 27,000 citizens including at least 7,000 rebels from the neighborhoods of Mashehad, Ansari, Zabidia, Saif Dawla, Salah al-Din, and Sekkari, also it is known that Sohail Hassan is one of the closest officers to Russia, who was “honored” several times, as it was being raced to get closer to Russian forces between forces operations Tiger led by Sohail Hassan and desert Falcons faction, led by Mohammed Al Jaber.
