The regime forces breach the truce between the Russians and the Turks once again targeting a village north of Hama

The regime forces targeted today evening, Friday, places in Al-Buwaydah village in the northern countryside of Hama by several shells, documenting a new violation within the areas of the Turkish – Russian truce applied in Aleppo, Hama, Idlib and Lattakia, but other than that all of these areas are witnessing cautious calm along with decreasing the pace of breaches and confining them in targeting operations that hit the area every now and then, and the Syrian Observatory published hours ago, that it monitored the regime forces returning to violate the Russian – Turkish truce, through shelling which targeted its areas today, Friday the 21st of September 2018, where the Syrian Observatory monitored shelling by the regime forces on places in Al-Lataminah town, and the vicinity of M’aarkaba village, in the northern sector of Hama countryside, hours after calm that preceded at noon by shelling by the regime forces on places in Al-Khwaiyn area, in the south-eastern countryside of Idlib, which caused material damage, without information about injuries, and these violations come after demonstrations in tens of areas in the provinces of Hama, Idlib and Aleppo, called for the overthrow of the regime and called on the International Community to move to protect the citizens.

And the Syrian Observatory published today morning, that the cautious calm returned to prevail areas of the Russian – Turkish truce in Hama, Idlib, Aleppo, and Latakia since after midnight of yesterday until now, after a series of breaches in the truce that has been taking place since the 15th of August 2018, and in the same context and in conjunction with this cautious calm; the Syrian Observatory monitored continuous preparations by community and local parties to start mass demonstrations in the area for the 4th consecutive week, and the Syrian Observatory published during the past hours that the  regime forces returned to violate the Russian – Turkish truce which has been continuing for the 6 consecutive week, since it was put on effect on the 15th of August 2018, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored shelling by the regime forces on areas in the outskirts of M’aarkaba village in the northern countryside of Hama, followed by artillery shelling by the regime forces on areas in the outskirts and vicinity of Al-Lataminah and places in Tal Othman area, which caused material damage, without information about casualties, and the Syrian Observatory published today, Thursday the 20th of September 2018, that it monitored shelling by the regime forces on Thursday the 20th of September 2018, where they shelled areas in al-Ziyara town, al-Sermaniyyeh town, and al-Mansoura area in Sahl al-Ghab in the northwestern countryside of Hama, and this shelling comes after targeting al-Sermaniyyeh area this morning Sahl al-Ghab in the northwestern countryside of Hama, and Abu Ra’idah village in the northern countryside of Hama.
