The regime forces return to violate the Turkish – Russian truce targeting the northern mountains of Lattakia hours after they targeted the southern countryside of Aleppo

The violations to the Turkish – Russian truce are continuing including 2 provinces since yesterday after the midnight, as after the regime forces targeted today before noon, areas in Khalsa village in the southern countryside of Aleppo, the truce witnessed a new breach represented by targeting by the regime forces on places in the areas of Jabal Al-Akrad in the northern countryside of Lattakia, but no information about casualties was reported yet, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours ago, that after the calm that prevailed areas of the Russian – Turkish truce in the 4 provinces of Hama, Idlib, Aleppo, and Latakia since the midnight of yesterday until this morning, where the regime forces targeted areas in Khalsa village in the southern countryside of Aleppo; break this calm and making a new breach in this truce, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the fall of several shells on areas in the village launched by the regime forces, but no information about casualties, amid extensive overflight of reconnaissance drone in the northern and eastern countryside of Latakia, while the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published that cautious calm has been prevailing areas of the Russian-Turkish truce in the provinces of Idlib, Hama, Latakia, and Aleppo, since after midnight of yesterday until now, where the area has not witnessed any artillery or rocket shelling by the regime forces or targeting by the factions, and the Syrian Observatory published yesterday evening that Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored that clashes took place in the area of Nakhshaba in Jabal Al-Akrad in the northern countryside of Lattakia, between the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them, against the Islamic Party of Turkestan, as a result of a suicidal attack by the latter on the positions of the regime forces in the area, were the attack resulted in the killing of 3 members of the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them, and this is the second time that clashes and targeting operations take place within the buffer zone which was agreed on during the meeting between the presidents of Russia and the Turkey last Monday the 18th of September 2018, while the Syrian Observatory also monitored that the regime forces are continuing to violate the Russian – Turkish truce applied in Aleppo, Hama, Idlib and Lattakia, which completed its 41st consecutive day, where the regime forces shelled areas in the villages of Al-Sakhr and al-Jisat in the northern countryside of Hama, and other areas of Jazraya and al-Osmaniyyah villages in the southern countryside of Aleppo, without information about resulting in fall of casualties, and the Syrian Observatory published hours ago, that the violations continue in the Russian – Turkish truce in the provinces of Idlib, Hama, Aleppo, and Latakia in a renewed manner, despite all efforts made by its guarantors to control these violations, where the regime forces targeted by several artillery shells positions on the northern and eastern outskirts of Om al-Khalakhil town, which is located in the southeastern countryside of Idlib.

And the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published this morning that it monitored the death of at least 5 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, as a result of mine explosions near Atshan area in the northeastern countryside of Hama, which is located within the expected isolation area, on which an agreement was reached following an agreement between the Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and the Russian President Vladimir Putin after midnight of yesterday, while the Syrian Observatory monitored a cautious calm in the areas of the Russian – Turkish truce in Idlib, Latakia, Aleppo, and Hama since the midnight of yesterday until the moment, but breached by shelling targeted areas in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, where the shelling targeted areas in the vicinity of the villages of Sheikh Idris, Tawil al-Haleeb, Kweires and al-Blisa but no information about casualties.
