After forming 3 armies and in conjunction with selling its real estate, Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham declares its position on the disarmament agreement in the coming time

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned from several reliable sources that Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham continues to internally discuss its position on the Russian – Turkish decision, and reliable sources told the Syrian Observatory that it is expected in the next few hours or days for Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham to declare its position on the disarmament process, which will take place in areas from the northern countryside of Latakia to the southwestern countryside of Aleppo, where “jihadi” groups and Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham control over 70% of these areas.
These consultations and the process of waiting come in conjunction with information obtained by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights; which confirmed that Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham changed the known economic faces of its controlled areas in the Syrian north, after declaring Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham as a “terrorist organization” by the Turkish authorities, also the Syrian Observatory received information that leaders of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham are selling real estate they seized earlier, and reliable sources confirmed that several properties in Aleppo and Idlib that belong to leaders in Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham were sold, but no information yet about the reasons for this sale.

These simultaneous operations come in the wake of forming 3 armies by Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham –one of the largest factions in the north of Syria– and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights; the 3 armies are: “Jaysh Abu Bakr as-Siddiq” which has been formed through integrating 3 armies which are the factions of “Jaysh Idlib, Al-Badia and Hama”, and the factions of “Jaysh Aleppo and the Eastern Ghouta” has been integrated under the name “Jaysh Umar Ibn Al-Khattab”, while the 3rd army included “Jaysh Al-Sham, Al-Hudud and Al-Sahi” and called “Jaysh Uthman ibn Affan”, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that this process of integration came as a part of arranging the ranks of Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham as a result of the plenty of names, brigades and battalions operating within the Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham especially after a large numbers of members and commanders of Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham came during the displacement processes witnessed in the Eastern Ghouta, Rif Dimashq, Daraa province, and the northern countryside of Homs, while this process of arranging the ranks, comes before the announcement of Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham about its formal attitude to the Russian – Turkish agreement about the buffer zone that was planned to be extended from Lattakia countryside to the south-western countryside of Aleppo passing through Hama and Idlib.
