The regime forces return to carry out more violations through ground targeting to areas in the northern sector of Hama countryside and places in the countryside of Idlib province

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored that the regime forces returned to carry out more violations in the areas of the Russian – Turkish truce, where the Syrian Observatory monitored shelling by the regime forces on areas in the villages of Al-Sakhr and al-Jisat in the northern countryside of Hama, along with their targeting by heavy machineguns to the same areas, while the regime forces targeted areas in the outskirts and vicinity of Al-Lataminah town, in the northern countryside Hama, also areas in the outskirts of Al-Hbit town in the southern countryside of Idlib, were subjected to artillery shelling by the regime forces without information about injuries, and the Syrian Observatory published hours ago, that it monitored targeting by Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham to a position of the regime forces in the areas of the Turkish – Russian truce, where the Syrian Observatory monitored targeting by Tahrir Al-Sham to a tank of the regime forces in Kabanah area which is located within the area to be disarmed in accordance with the Turkish – Russian agreement, which was reached between the Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan, on the 17th of September 2018, and no information was reported about the fall of human losses as a result of targeting the tank by a missile in the area of Kabanah which is known for its rugged nature and its great fortifications, in which the regime forces have not managed to recover it so far, since it became beyond their control.

The Syrian Observatory published today, that the buffer area of which its steps are supposed to begin by the disarmament, is still expected to be carried out on the 10th of October 2018, where it came following the Russian – Turkish agreement emanated from the meeting between the Russian President Vladimir Putin and the Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, on the 17th of September 2018, and the Syrian Observatory continues to monitor more details of the demilitarized area, where activists of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported that the Turkish authorities informed the rebel and Islamic factions close to it, that they have to hand over a list of names and numbers of their fighters, accompanied by the type of weapon each of their fighters possesses, where all of those who are not on the list or who do not have a weapon will be excluded within the buffer area and outside of it, which since the Putin – Erdogan meeting more than 19 days; has not seen except continued reinforcements by the Turkish forces for it, in addition to the withdrawal of al-Sham Corps Faction –the closest faction to Turkey on the 30th of September 2018– for some of its heavy weapons from the Khalsa area in the southern countryside of Aleppo adjacent to the northern countryside of Idlib Province, in addition to the western suburbs of Aleppo, al-Mansoura and al-Rashedin.
