The regime forces target places in the “disarmament” area in Latakia mountains, Sahl al-Ghab, and north of Hama and break the calm prevailing in the Russian – Turkish truce areas

The cautious calm returned to areas of control of the Turkish – Russian truce in Latakia, Hama, Aleppo, and Idlib, after series of violations that they had until midnight of yesterday, where the truce areas continue to witness calm since after midnight of yesterday until now, interrupted by the fall of shells sporadically launched by the regime forces after midnight on places in the Jabal al-Akrad in the northern countryside of Latakia, in addition to morning shelling targeted areas in the villages of Mansoura and Tal Wasit in Sahl al-Ghab at the northwest countryside of Hama, but no information about casualties, and the Syrian Observatory published during the past hours that Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored more breaches to the agreement of the Russian – Turkish truce which is applied in the provinces of Aleppo, Hama, Idlib and latakia, where the SOHR monitored that the regime forces targeted areas in Al-Lataminah town and the surrounding lands, in conjunction with shelling which targeted areas in Al-Bernas village in the northern mountains of Lattakia, amid targeting by factions operating in the area to positions of the regime in the areas of Kabanah and Qal’aat Shalaf in the northern sector of Lattakia countryside, which caused material damage, without information about casualties, while the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has monitored more breaches represented by targeting by the regime forces to areas in the agricultural lands between Lahaya village and Murak town as well as other areas in the lands linking between Al-Zakah village and Al-Lataminah town in the northern countryside of Hama, the regime forces also targeted areas near Bdama town in the western sector of Idlib countryside, also, a fighter of the rebel factions died affected by the injury he had in earlier shelling by the regime forces about a week ago, on areas in the northern countryside of Hama, and the Syrian Observatory published hours ago, that the violations in the Russian – Turkish truce continue in the 4 provinces of Aleppo, Hama, Idlib and latakia, in the shadow of absence of controlling it by its guarantors and their lack of interest in its continuity; in exchange for the implementation of a new agreement that achieves more goals, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the fall of several mortar shells in areas on the outskirts Jesr Beit Ras village in Sahl al-Ghab at the northwestern countryside of Hama, which caused injuries, also the regime forces targeted areas in M’aarkbeh village in the northern countryside of Hama by several shells but no information about injuries, and the Syrian Observatory published morning of today, Saturday, that areas of the Turkish – Russian truce in Latakia, Aleppo, Idlib, and Hama are witnessing a cautious calm since after midnight of yesterday until now, interrupted by rocket shelling carried out by the regime forces after midnight of yesterday and dawn of today, which targeted areas in Jabal al-Akrad in the countryside of Latakia, in addition to shelling by the regime forces targeted areas in the vicinity of al-Bwayda village in the northern countryside of Hama, but no information about casualties until now.

And the Syrian Observatory published yesterday Friday, that violations continue in areas of the Russian – Turkish truce in the 4 provinces of Aleppo, Idlib, Hama, and latakia, without caring for the guarantees of its both parties, and within the framework of the continuous monitoring by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights of the breaches in this truce, the Syrian Observatory monitored new violations, where the regime forces opened heavy machineguns’ fire targeting areas in the agricultural land of Zakat village in the northern countryside of Hama, while the Islamic factions targeted using a guided missile a machinegun of the regime forces in Jabal al-Akrad area in the northeastern countryside of Latakia, which damaged it and confirmed information about casualties in the ranks of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published this morning that violations continue within areas of the Russian – Turkish truce in Hama, Latakia, Aleppo, and Idlib, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored rocket shelling carried out by the regime forces after midnight of yesterday targeted places in Jabal al-Akrad in the northern countryside of Latakia, and other places in Lahaya village in the northern countryside of Hama, also the Syrian Observatory published on Thursday, that the buffer area of which its steps are supposed to begin by the disarmament, is still expected to be carried out on the 10th of October 2018, where it came following the Russian – Turkish agreement emanated from the meeting between the Russian President Vladimir Putin and the Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, on the 17th of September 2018, and the Syrian Observatory continues to monitor more details of the demilitarized area, where activists of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported that the Turkish authorities informed the rebel and Islamic factions close to it, that they have to hand over a list of names and numbers of their fighters, accompanied by the type of weapon each of their fighters possesses, where all of those who are not on the list or who do not have a weapon will be excluded within the buffer area and outside of it, which since the Putin – Erdogan meeting more than 19 days; has not seen except continued reinforcements by the Turkish forces for it, in addition to the withdrawal of al-Sham Corps Faction –the closest faction to Turkey on the 30th of September 2018– for some of its heavy weapons from the Khalsa area in the southern countryside of Aleppo adjacent to the northern countryside of Idlib Province, in addition to the western suburbs of Aleppo, al-Mansoura and al-Rashedin.
