The security chaos expands to include Turkish and Chechen security commanders in Jisr Al-Shughur countryside leaving a number of casualties and wounded of them and raises to 37, the number of non-Syrian fighters who have been assassinated since late April 2018

Idlib Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the province of Idlib and the surrounding countryside under the control of the rebel and Islamic factions and Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham, are still witnessing continued security chaos that claims the lives of citizens and fighters whether being of Syrian or non-Syrian nationalities, where the Syrian Observatory monitored the sound of a violent explosion in Zarzur town in the north-western countryside of Jisr Al-Shughur caused by an IED explosion in a military vehicle of Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham carrying fighters intersected sources said that they are Turkish and Chechen fighters, which resulted in the death of a Chechen commander and the injury of others, including a Turkish member of Tahrir Al-Sham whose leg was amputated, raising to at least 343, the number of persons who were assassinated in Idlib countryside and both Aleppo and Hama countryside since the 26th of April 2018, they are the wife of an Uzbek commander and his son, in addition to 66 civilians including 11 children and 6 women, of who were assassinated through bomb explosions, IED detonations, shooting, abduction, murder and then throwing the bodies in remote areas, and 238 fighters of Syrian nationality belong to Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, al-Sham Corps, the Islamic Movement of Ahrar al-Sham, Jaysh al-Izza, and other factions operating in Idlib, and 37 fighters of Somali, Uzbek, Asian, Gulf, Jordanian and Caucasian nationalities have been assassinated in the same ways, also the assassination attempts have injured tens of people with varying severity, while the factions stepped up their raids and operations against sleeper cells they accused of belonging to the “Islamic State” organization.

And the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours ago, that the security chaos continues to claim lives of civilians, fighters, and leaders of Syrian and non-Syrian nationalities, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored today, the 7th of October 2018, an explosion in Saraqib area in the eastern countryside of Idlib, which is near the areas to be disarmed, it was caused by an explosion targeted Khattab al-Hamwi, who is an important security official in Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham of the notorious al-Iqab Prison in Saraqib area and its surroundings, which caused his immediate death, this escalation in the number of those who were assassinated by the organization or by other cells carry out assassinations, is coincided with the rise of the number of casualties who were killed due to the ongoing attacks by the ISIS cells against the factions operating in Idlib and the Syrian North, who were killed in 2 attacks one of which was carried out by Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham on a headquarter of them in Maarrat Misrin, and the other was an attack by the cells of the organization on an Islamic faction in Taliha area in the past 48 hors, where the Syrian Observatory monitored that the number of casualties of the organization and the cells rose to 93 members of ISIS and its cells who have been killed since the end of April 2018, of Syrian, Iraqi, and other non-Syrian nationalities, including at least 41 where executed by slaughtering them or directly shooting them, while the rest were killed during raids and exchange of gunfire between these cells and members of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham in the areas of Salqin, Sarmin, Sahel al-Rouj and several other areas in the countryside of Idlib, the last of which was what the SOHR monitored on the 20th of September 2018, where Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham executed 5 persons, sources confirmed that they were executed Al-Zirbah area in the southern countryside of Aleppo, on charge of “belonging to cells of the Islamic State organization”, and members of Tahrir Al-Sham shot them, after they were arrested previously within the campaign of arrests which targeted tens of persons on charge of these accusations, and which sometimes witnessed violent clashes between members of these cells and members of Tahrir Al-Sham, as well as the executions that used to be carried out directly, or through mass targeting to positions and headquarters of these cells, and this is the first execution to be carried out within the Russian – Turkish demilitarized area, which was specified within the Russian – Turkish agreement that recently reached.
