Calm imposes itself on the 4 provinces where the Russian – Turkish truce is in underway after series of violations of varying violence

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the return of cautious calm to areas of the Russian – Turkish truce in Idlib, Hama, Aleppo, and Latakia, where the calm has been prevailing the truce areas since after midnight of yesterday until the moment, after a series of renewed violations in areas within the four provinces yesterday Monday, where the Syrian Observatory published yesterday evening, that  Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored that the regime forces returned to violate the Russian – Turkish truce through shelling places within the area to be disarmed in accordance with Putin – Erdogan agreement that was reached on the 15th of August 2018, where the SOHR monitored shelling by the regime forces on areas in the northern sector of Hama countryside, in which the shells targeted areas in the outskirts of Al-Lataminah town and its vicinity, which caused material damage, without information about casualties.

And the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday, that violations continue to in the Russian – Turkish truce in the 4 provinces again, threatening to consume it and making it uncontrollable in the future, in the light of the inaction of its guarantors in reducing these violations, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the regime forces targeting areas in the vicinity al-Lataminah town, which is located within the buffer area in the northern countryside of Hama, but no information about casualties, while the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published this morning that regime forces renewed the violations of the Russian – Turkish truce which is taking place in areas at Aleppo, Hama, Idlib, and Latakia, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored rocket shelling carried out by the regime forces after midnight of yesterday targeted places in Tal Osman and al-Bana in the northern countryside of Hama and places in al-Sermaniyyeh areas in Sahl al-Ghab, and other places in the northeastern countryside of Latakia, but no information about casualties, where the regime forces did not only violet the Russian – Turkish truce but also targeted towns and villages located within the buffer area, which was agreed upon between Putin and Erdogan.

And the Syrian Observatory published on Thursday, that the buffer area of which its steps are supposed to begin by the disarmament, is still expected to be carried out on the 10th of October 2018, where it came following the Russian – Turkish agreement emanated from the meeting between the Russian President Vladimir Putin and the Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, on the 17th of September 2018, and the Syrian Observatory continues to monitor more details of the demilitarized area, where activists of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported that the Turkish authorities informed the rebel and Islamic factions close to it, that they have to hand over a list of names and numbers of their fighters, accompanied by the type of weapon each of their fighters possesses, where all of those who are not on the list or who do not have a weapon will be excluded within the buffer area and outside of it, which since the Putin – Erdogan meeting more than 19 days; has not seen except continued reinforcements by the Turkish forces for it, in addition to the withdrawal of al-Sham Corps Faction –the closest faction to Turkey on the 30th of September 2018– for some of its heavy weapons from the Khalsa area in the southern countryside of Aleppo adjacent to the northern countryside of Idlib Province, in addition to the western suburbs of Aleppo, al-Mansoura and al-Rashedin.
