The assassination of a Tunisian commander in Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham in Idlib raises to 40, the number of the non-Syrian members who were assassinated by ISIS cells in about 25 weeks

Idlib Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the province of Idlib and the surrounding countryside which are controlled by the rebel and Islamic factions, Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham and the “jihadis”, are still witnessing security chaos, where the IEDs explosions and assassinations became a usual scene that repeats daily in the area, amid fears of the residents of the area and those who displaced to it, of the unknown future, in the wake of these operations which the factions that are in charge of the area’s security, failed to control, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the assassination of a Tunisian commander in Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham, who is a security official in the notorious Al-Iqab Prison, by gunfire of unidentified gunmen in Balyun area in the outskirts of Jabal Al-Zawiya within the southern sector of Idlib countryside, raising to at least 354, the number of persons who were assassinated in Idlib countryside and both Aleppo and Hama countryside since the 26th of April 2018, they are the wife of an Uzbek commander and his son, in addition to 70 civilians including 12 children and 6 women, of who were assassinated through bomb explosions, IED detonations, shooting, abduction, murder and then throwing the bodies in remote areas, and 242 fighters of Syrian nationality belong to Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, al-Sham Corps, the Islamic Movement of Ahrar al-Sham, Jaysh al-Izza, and other factions operating in Idlib, and 40 fighters of Somali, Uzbek, Asian, Gulf, Jordanian and Caucasian nationalities have been assassinated in the same ways, also the assassination attempts have injured tens of people with varying severity, while the factions stepped up their raids and operations against sleeper cells they accused of belonging to the “Islamic State” organization.

And the Syrian Observatory published last night, that the security chaos continues claiming the lives of more human losses, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the assassination of a young man by unidentified gunmen in Idlib city, after shooting him which caused his death, while another man was kidnapped by unidentified gunmen and taken to unknown destination, the SOHR also published yesterday that it monitored the discovery of the body of a teacher in Khan Shaykhun city in the southern countryside of Idlib, in which he was found dead and dumped near one of the private schools in city, without information so far about the reasons and circumstances of his death, and the Syrian Observatory also monitored the assassination of a commander in Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham believed to be of the Turkistanis, And this targeting also comes after about 72 hours after the assassination of Abu Al-Laith Al-Masri, the Egyptian military commander in Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham, after he was targeted in the south of Kafr Nubl town, in the southern sector of Idlib countryside, and this targeting comes hours after targeting the medical officer in Jaysh Al-Ahrar, which caused his death, in Al-Fu’ah area in the eastern countryside of Idlib, and it also comes 2 days after the Syrian Observatory published that Abu al-Yaqzan al-Masri talked in Friday sermon which he gave about 72 hours ago in one of the mosques in Idlib city, about the abstention of Sochi agreement’s rejecters to carry out any military actions against the regime, and the “red lines makers”, where the sermon of the Egyptian commander in Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham, who is one of the commanders of the internal fighting against the rest Islamic and rebel factions in Idlib, says:

“Those who do not agree with the Sochi agreement, why do not they carry out any actions against the apostate regime?, even just a qualitative action behind the enemy lines in its barracks, where it imposed “red lines” claiming that it will never let Idlib pass into the destiny of corruption as it happened in the areas of the Euphrates Shield, and the Olive Branch, so why it welcomes the Turkish army, and why it gives it (the Turkish army) the opportunity to be present in Idlib?! and to raise the flags of the secular government?!, and who continuously says that Jihad is (red lines), why it shuts up the mouths of those who provoke against the infidel regime and its allies and wants to keep them silent?!, never be fooled by the lie of “red lines”, ((And if an entry were made upon them from the outlying parts of it, then they were asked to wage war, they would certainly have done it, and they would not have stayed in it but a little while)), “I have delivered my message…and ALLah is witness on me…as I may not meet you again after this sermon”.
