The demilitarized zone witnesses escalated violations and shells target Aleppo city 4 days after the targeting that killed 3 citizens

Violations continue within the demilitarized zone and the areas of the Turkish – Russian truce in Idlib, Lattakia, Aleppo and Hama, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored today evening, Monday the 22nd of October 2018, the fall of more than 9 shells fired by the factions on places in Nile Street and its outskirts and vicinity as well as the outskirts of Al-Khalidiya neighborhood and Al-Zahraa neighborhood in the western sector of Aleppo city controlled by the regime forces, which resulted in the fall of wounded, also, clashes are taking place between the both parties on the contact areas in Jam’eyyat Al-Zahraa west of Aleppo, accompanied by shelling by the regime forces on the factions’ positions in the western and north-western suburbs of Aleppo, while the regime forces targeted today evening by heavy machineguns, places in the vicinity of Al-Sermaniyyeh in Sahl Al-Ghab in the north-western countryside of Hama, which is located within the demilitarized zone, stretched from the north-eastern mountains of Lattakia, to the north-western suburbs of Aleppo city passing through both Hama and Idlib, and Aleppo city witnessed similar targeting operations few days ago, which resulted in the death of 3 citizens at that time, where the Syrian Observatory published then, that it monitored the escalated number of human losses as a result of the targeting which is the first one of kind in terms of the intensity of the shelling and the number of human losses after the agreement that was reached between Erdogan and Putin on the 17th of October 2018, where it rose to 3, the number of casualties that these shells left, while the death toll is expected to increase due to the presence of injured cases in serious conditions, the shelling also caused material damage to the property of the citizens in Aleppo city and in its suburbs and countryside.

And the Syrian Observatory published hours ago, that explosions rocked the demilitarized zone and its vicinity within the north-eastern countryside of Lattakia province, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored exchange of shelling in the area between Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham and factions operating in the area on one hand, and the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them on the other, where Hayyaat Tharir Al-Sham targeted Ikku area and other areas in its vicinity in Jabal Al-Akrad and its vicinity, amid shelling by the regime forces on the demilitarized zone in Kabanah and its vicinity, which caused material damage, without information about casualties, and the Syrian Observatory published hours ago, that areas of the Russian – Turkish truce in the 4 provinces of Aleppo, Idlib, Latakia, and Hama are witnessing new violations, amid renewed failure by its guarantors to control it and reduce these violations, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored a new violation by the regime forces, where they targeted places in Kabani area at the northeastern countryside of Latakia, but no information about casualties.

And the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published this morning that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored bombing carried out by the regime forces after midnight of yesterday on places in al-Hawash village in Sahl al-Ghab at the northwestern countryside of Hama, and other places in the vicinity and outskirts of al-Lataminah town in the northern countryside of Hama, documenting new breaches within the Turkish – Russian demilitarized truce area, which enters its 8th consecutive day without any changes in terms of military deployment, where the Turkish intelligence are trying in various ways to persuade the “jihadis” to withdraw from the demilitarized area, which extends from the northeastern mountains of Latakia, passes through the countryside of Idlib and Hama, until the northwestern suburbs of Aleppo city, and the Syrian Observatory published yesterday evening that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the return of violations to the areas of the Turkish – Russian truce which has been applied since the 15th of August 2018, as well as the demilitarized zone where the “jihadis” are still stationed in their places and positions without any changes within the map of distributing the military powers, and in the details monitored by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights today evening the 21st of October 2018; violent clashes erupted and lasted for about an hour, between the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them against fighters of the factions of the National Liberation Front as well as other factions. In the areas of Khirbat al-Naqus and Al-Mashari’ in Sahl Al-Ghab in the north-western sector of Hama countryside, within the heavy-weapon demilitarized area, in conjunction with clashes at medium pace of violence that took place in the area of Al-Qarasi in the southern countryside of Aleppo, between the fighters of the National Liberation Front against the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them, amid exchange of targeting in the area, the Syrian Observatory also monitored shelling by the regime forces on areas in Abu Ra’idah al-Sharqiyyah and Abu Ra’idah al-Gharbiyah villages in the northern countryside of Hama, the regime forces also opened fire of their heavy machineguns on areas in the vicinity of Al-Lataminah town, also, the regime forces targeted areas in the southern sector of Aleppo countryside, without information about casualties.
